Pipework repair and protection

Belzona’s metal repair composites, including SuperWrap II and 3411, provide strong, corrosion-resistant solutions for repairing thin- and through-wall damage, protecting flanges, and preventing corrosion under insulation, eliminating the need for traditional hot work.

Cold bonding

Belzona offers cold bonding and injection bonding solutions as a safe, in situ alternative to welding for installing, maintaining, and repairing assets like decks, tanks, pipes, and fittings, providing permanent bonding and structural integrity restoration even during platform operation.

Splash zone repair and protection

Belzona's corrosion-resistant composites and coatings repair rubber sheath and pitting corrosion damage on risers, providing long-term protection, while flexible sealing solutions like Belzona 2111 enable rubber rebonding and Belzona 5831 offers surface-tolerant protection in splash zones and below the waterline.

Storage tank and secondary containment area repair and protection

Belzona offers fast-curing epoxy solutions for storage tank repairs, including emergency leak sealing and cold plate bonding, along with solvent-free coatings like Belzona 3111 for long-term tank base protection, while their concrete repair composites and epoxy coatings, such as Belzona 4111, 4361, and 4341, provide durable chemical protection and reduce downtime for secondary containment areas.

Carbon Capture

Belzona's cold bonding solutions, including high-temperature repair materials like Belzona 1511 and protective coatings such as Belzona 1593 and 1391T, offer long-term corrosion protection for amine stripper columns in power generation and oil and gas facilities, avoiding shutdowns and the need for welding.
