Belzona’s metal repair materials, such as Belzona 1111 (Super Metal), can restore damaged pumps and tube sheets, providing protection against chemical attack and deterioration. Coatings like Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal) and Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) offer long-term erosion and corrosion resistance, improving pump efficiency by up to 20%. Thin-wall and through-wall defects from external corrosion can be effectively repaired using Belzona's wrap systems or cold plate bonding techniques. Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) is ideal for bonding repair patches, while Belzona 1212 offers a solution for bonding on oil or water-contaminated surfaces. Reinforced Belzona wraps are commonly used for low-pressure, non-critical equipment repairs, and Belzona SuperWrap II provides an ISO and ASME compliant solution for pressurized pipes, eliminating the need for traditional hot work. Additionally, Belzona 3411 (Encapsulating Membrane) prevents flange corrosion, and Belzona 3211 (Lagseal) addresses Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI).

Environmental problems can occur because of deterioration of aging equipment resulting in leakage. Belzona 1161 (Super UW-Metal) has the unique attribute to bond strongly to oily and wet metal surfaces. Dependent on their location, even live leaks on pipework and other metallic equipment can be stemmed and sealed in situ using a Belzona leak sealing kit due to its high adhesion and cold curing capabilities.
